Choosing the right partner
A company needs to undertake due dilligence to determine the risks as well as the benefits of working with a potential implementation partner. This process has to be sufficiently robust to ensure that a company’s implementation partners have the reputation, competence and integrity to deliver effective programmes on the ground.
A detailed due-diligence is essential for large and long partnerships but may be brief for a relatively small or opportunistic partnership opportunity.
