‘Finishing School for Personality Grooming for ETs’
WCG offers 18 hours, 32 hours & 64 hours Intensive Capsules for Personality Grooming of ETs (Executive Trainees), of all PSUs and Corporate, with the aim of creating ‘Personalities’ as per the Corporate / PSU requirement.
This Program will be be focused on bridging the gap between Industry & Institute, and make the ETs attitudes and behaviors aligned to the Corporate / PSU working cultures & styles
