I attended a two day workshop on “Regenerating Values and Gender Sensitization” organized by WhiteSwan Consulting Group headed by Dr. Anjali Nigam .  Dr. Anjali Nigam’s initiative in organizing these workshop is indeed laudable and has touched the deep rooted malaise creeping into our society today wherein the women are not only being exploited mentally and physically but are being discriminated against both within the family as well as in work places.  The seminar touched the basic chord that we have to rise above our mental shackles of gender bias and accept women equally in all spheres of life.  We have to make our country a safe and secure place for our women folk.
